It was my very first time and I'm sure normally the food is good. I drove in from Texas for business stopped here for nourishment. I ordered 2pcs dark but was given two of the driest over fried chicken wings and I'm certain this is not the company standard. I'll likely try again with another location once I'm on the road again. This is the only reason for the low food rating.

The BLT wraps I ordered where not wrapped correctly and INSTANTLY fell apart + there was no sauce on the chicken inside the wrap instead it was all smeared on the outside of the wrap

The customer service here is very much lacking. When ordering they said “see you at the window” without letting me know the price and instead of telling me how much at the window they just held their hand out for my card. Even after we got our order we waited at the window to ask for straws but they didn’t have the milkshake straws we needed. It all seemed to be a huge burden to ask since the employee was on her cell phone. 100% not likely to return to this Jacks. Hope it gets better.
