Jack's Family Restaurant offers a drive-thru experience that is fast and impressive, with service taking less than four minutes. The staff is friendly, professional, attentive, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. The parking lot and surrounding area are clean and well kept. The biscuit is fresh, soft, and buttery. Customer service is excellent each time, described as a lost art, with a great attitude and personality. This particular Jack's is ran properly and is very efficient at getting the Customer in and out. Smiles are always bright and food is always fresh without having to ask. Everyone is treated with dignity and friendliness/family. The experience is exceptional, with greetings upon walking in. Ordering 5-7 different meals, the food came up within 10 minutes. The atmosphere is great and welcoming, with jokes and fast service. The restaurant is clean and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh, and the customer service experience is always pleasant, even under pressure, with serving and attending to customers as well as making sure the orders are accurate. However, the new jacks lemon pepper wings were found to be disgusting, with a spicy sweet lemon pepper sauce that is definitely NOT how lemon pepper wings are supposed to be.
