This location in particular(Bessemer Rd) is by far the worst establishment. Bad customer service. Waited at least 30 minutes in long drive-thru before I realized everyone just left during business hours. Employees outside smoking
i just left not to long ago and i waited about 35 min and my food was cold and i asked for light ice i didn't get it,i wasnt mad at the lady because she looked like she was the only person in there ?

My expectations were not high due to the location that I am at. I waited an hour on 3tacos. Taco bell should hire more ppl. They already have the kiosk to avoid having a cashier. I feel sorry for the 3 ppl that work here when its 300 customers coming through here. They are definitely making enough money to hire some help. Food was ok.
