I wish my white chocolate mocha would be good every time. I need it to taste how it's supposed to taste on a consistent basis! I want to compliment Lauren. She's so pleasant, friendly, and upbeat. Need more people like her in customer service. Sierra did a good job in the drive thru, attitude was good.
Every worker in this Starbuck is super sweet. And works super hard to make sure you get your drink. I have only had a problem with one employee and his name "Quadarius".Maybe I spelled it wrong.He slammed the door and pitched a fit after I asked a simple question about my rewards because I am new to the rewards program and I don't know how it clearly works yet.
