I come here a good bit lately as it's very close to my child's school and she loves Arby's! I want to comment on the staff and how they work so hard! It seems they are very short staffed almost every time and they still deliver exceptional service every single time. You may have to wait a little bit, but its never too long and the food is always fresh and hot!! Thank you and keep doing what you're doing!
They got our order wrong to start with... To hen the lady at the counter wanted to be short with my husband (cause she had something going on/was taking care of something else towards the drive-thru). There wasn't any purpose in her acting that way...
