First time there , I ordered a cheese burger the condiments were great not the burger meat way over cooked hard as a rock and tasted like a charcoal briquette very disappointed ..

Loved my experience at the cookies out. So affordable- especially when travelling for work and we are on a tight budget. The ice cream got us to come backna few times while in Birmingham.
