We just drove 16 hours and the wait here felt like another 16.
As exhausted as I am, I was way more pleasant than the woman at the window. The gentleman was very helpful and kind. However, that lady should not be working with customers. Not a smile, a verbal pleasantry, nothing. She was absolutely annoyed to be there. And the food... just gross. Fries were cold and old, big mac was super saucy, and so soggy. We used the drive-thru. They were fast and the food was right and fresh.
On a subsequent trip, the drink tasted as if it was sitting for a while. Maybe it was for another order.

First, it's a McDonald's, you know what it taste like and what to expect.
I stop by this McDonald's every day for my usual sausage biscuits and hash browns. The biscuits are always on point and hot. Now here comes the complaint, yes, they are hot but it's because I have to wait about 10 minutes for them to cook the biscuit. Small things I guess. I don't know how someone who does breakfast from 4am - 10:30am can't simply have biscuits ready like every other fast food establishment.
