Normally the staff at any Starbucks are overly nice. The one in Birmingham had an emo girl or a guy (not sure 🤷♂️) that was passively aggressive because she had to remake my coffee. She acted as if it was no problem but then purposely slammed the equipment to show me she was not happy about it. If you don’t want to be cordial with customers then maybe she should get a desk job.
