We stopped here for dinner with family before leaving on a long drive trip moving.The food was good and fresh for some of us but others in our group had other opinions. Like the ranch was really salty and since it was 4 separate orders its like some of us got still edible fries/food but wasn't very good and they even got 2 dinner plates (sides) completely wrong & we were the only customers in there at the time also. The person waited on me at like he was doing me a favor but taking my order was uncoordinated getting a drinks in a coffee it took a while to get the hash browns I don't understand why it took so long there's already prepared all you had to do is give me my order and I could win on my way with that section are the restaurants in that area is very poor need to upgrade in quality of hiring employees I know it's hard to get a higher quality pool of people to hire in that area

They don't pay no attention to the customer's request on how to make our food and then get an attitude when you bring it back or complain . Both locations I go to ALWAYS get my order wrong and that's Fultondale AL. And the one on Pinson Valley Parkway in Birmingham Alabama . They both have terrible customer service and can't follow simple instructions. I haven't been back to NO JACK'S LOCATIONS SINCE MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NOONE
