Great service, great environment, love the hospitality.
Was here the other morning at 5:45,got 2 egg biscuits and sausage. They were like Afghan, bombed out and depleted, noway they were made this morning. I've gone to Irondale location several times and was my 1st at Jack's and loved it,was fresh and delicious everytime. Not this location. Still love Jack's but not returning here.
Of the 3 locations in the area, this location is most consistent. The dining area is pleasant. The food is fresh and team are nice.
Jacks is a better fast food option than other chain restaurants in the area. They have good fried chicken, good burgers and the best fries.
