About Whataburger

Whataburger is a popular spot, especially during lunchtime, known for their delicious burgers and shakes, including specialty items. The Fultondale location stands out for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and quick service. The restaurant offers ample parking, including designated handicap spots, and is wheelchair accessible. While it can get busy, the staff works hard to serve fresh, hot food, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. Customers appreciate the friendly service, and many find the food great and hot. Some reviews mention that the food quality can vary, with occasional smaller portions like chicken tenders, but overall the experience remains positive. The staff at this location are professional and friendly, with one reviewer praising the customer service provided by Mrs. Dora. The food, including chicken bites in the kids meal, is consistently hot and fresh. Many customers enjoy the breakfast options, such as the sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit, crispy hash brown sticks, and vanilla iced coffee. Despite some slow service at times, the restaurant is a good place for families and is accessible for those with wheelchairs. Overall, the staff continues to provide good customer service even during busy times.
