The best customer service and they all wished him a speedy recovery. Caring people❤️ They even remembered me when I came back to get dinner for the family since it smelled so good!“

I ordered the sandwich with a side of bacon grits and both were fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here if you visit Nashville. “The tenders at Chicken Guy are radical and I am genuinely obsessed with the buttermilk ranch. It's made in house and is hands down the best ranch dressing I have ever tasted. The staff all had smiles on their faces and the MOD, a handsome guy named Maury I believe, personally prepared my meal.“

“This place is drive-through only so service is pretty quick. I got an Original Box Combo with a sweet tea and ranch. Our food was ready very quickly. The Texas Toast was pretty plain, I got the butt of the loaf so maybe that’s why. I don’t really eat slaw so I don’t know what that tastes like. The chicken was good and the sauce was nice. French fries were nice and crispy, had a good flavor to them. The sweet tea was pretty good, very sweet but what I was hoping for. The chicken fingers are pretty small but the whole meal is filling.“

“The food was good, just like I remember when I was a kid. The service was bar, none. The staff worked together. And I like to see a staff that has fun while working. This place was really clean, and even the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely be back. I got the dry rub chicken. The garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper and it mesh well with the original recipe.“

“Why on earth does it take 45min to get your food when the place is drive thru only? That is absurd? You can literally get a live chicken, kill it, pluck it, clean it, cut and batter the thing, then cook it and eat it in less time than to go they y’all’s drive thru.... Please find out what’s being done wrong and fix it“

“We didn't dine in so only can review the service at ordering. Not sure if the young lady that helped us was over worked or not happy to be there. That said the food was like I remember and I got my favorite hot apple pie. Honestly I think this is the best chicken when it comes to just floured and fried chicken.“
