The service at the 1145 3rd Ave W, Birmingham, AL 35204 location is so bad. I asked for an extra box and the lady got real nasty with me. She told me all boxes need to be counted for and closed the window before I could respond. When she came back I told her I would pay for it and she got loud with me saying the same thing "ALL BOXES HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR". The attitude just brought the hood out of me on a Sunday.
