This was my 3rd store tonight. The one on jefferson closed a hour before closing, the one on 3rd Ave N was very polite, but was currently out of chicken and this location closed early. As a customer trying to get dinner from a place that suppose to be open but close early whenever they get ready is very frustrating. I drove here before closing time and had to turn around due to employees not wanting to do their job

The service at the 1145 3rd Ave W, Birmingham, AL 35204 location is so bad. I asked for an extra box and the lady got real nasty with me. She told me all boxes need to be counted for and closed the window before I could respond. When she came back I told her I would pay for it and she got loud with me saying the same thing "ALL BOXES HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR". The attitude just brought the hood out of me on a Sunday. The cost of chicken went up and customer service skills went way down ?
Many restaurants are flailing in today's market because of quality and service, but I have not been let down on any occasion by the best Church's Chicken in Birmingham! Best crew! Best service! Best prices!

My chicken was too dry ! I expect white meat to be a little more dry than the dark but it was awful. The biscuits were old and stale , this is the absolute worst church’s chicken location I’ve ever been to. Hope they do
