If they tell you to pull up front until your order is ready, prepare to be forgotten. Happened to me again the other evening. This makes the third time I have had to walk back to the server location after they told me to pull forward. This time I waited 10 minutes watching multiple cars leave with orders. They had mine on the counter and had forgotten who it was for evidently. No apology. Everyone shuffling around like zombies. Do better!
This Chick-Fil-A used to be the best around! Then they closed about 3 years ago, remodeled the restaurant and ever since they reopened, the service has been terrible! Today I came in just to get a sandwich and a drink. I waited at the counter for, I know it was five minutes, while this lady named Melissa stood right in front of me wiping down trays not even looking at me. Am I invisible? Love this restaurant. Always great service when you drive through. I do use the delivery option to get my bags of ice. I’ve had one issue with them before and they were quick to fix it
