The amount of times I am severely late for work after leaving with plenty of time and also placing a mobile order far prior to arriving because this Starbucks has employees that absolutely do not care nor have a great attitude and take 30 minutes to make a drink. You expect paying $7 for a coffee, you’d get better service. So irritating.
Not open at 6:10am when google says you open at 530? Either get your Google info together or have your employees show up on time. From everything else I hear about this Starbucks, it’s one of the worst in B’ham. I guess it’s just mis-managed.

I use the drive through a couple times a week and spend over 20.00 each time. Sunni is the best!!! He is very friendly and efficient and always has a smile! I am sad when he is not there! He knows exactly what I want to order and puts it on the screen as soon as he sees me! He is the greatest❣️
