“Everything here is amazing. I'm a child so I'm picky sometimes but I tried 6 new foods today and the results were awesome. The workers are so friendly and have a board of photos of customers who came to their last building, my family and I are on it because my family has been going even before I was born. “Beautiful place to eat and watch a game. Theirs a young lady there that should be a Manger. November 19 2023 at 430. The original female taking my order was very slow. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes I was walking to the door. This young came from the drive thru, and asked if I wanted to order. I said yes. She really took care of me and I thanked her for her service and taking care of me. I am trying to call the store manager to speak to them about giving her a raise!”

“My wife and I really love this place. It's a fantastic local pub. It has a really good menu and great selection of craft beers. The owner Scott is a great guy and he actually is there serving food and drinks. He will actually know your name after several visits. Let's be honest, that's not normal with your average bar or pub. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights. I would definitely recommend to everyone to visit and make The Casual Pint your local hang out spot.”

“You can't get any cozier than Seeds! I studied in the outdoor sofa area many-a-times during my senior year of undergrad. Nothing like an excuse to lay down on a comfy couch in public with a coffee by your side. Seeds is a great place that I honestly want to start going to more often! My one gripe is that the parking can be a bit upsetting when it's more packed, especially when I drive all the way there just to have to turn around and go elsewhere. Very nice coffee, but I oddly prefer their hot drinks to their iced drinks (shocker!) Every time I order an iced drink here I feel like there's too much syrup and the consistency doesn't sit right with me. Never had an issue with a hot latte!”

Their Ethiopian blend was so delicious, I couldn't leave without taking a couple other options from the smoothie menu. And no surprise- they were all delectable! Named after the beautiful daughters of Tony D, 7 Angels is a hometown shop worthy of the name, as their spirits shine brightly and happily there. Will definitely be visiting again, and I highly suggest you do the same.”

“We made a quick pitstop at this local coffee and sandwich shop. It's a cute converted shopping container with a wide array of sandwiches, coffees, snow cones and more! They even had dairy free milk options for your coffee. They were super friendly with a large parking lot shared by a grocery store. They had a small patio and games for kids.Great pit stop one mile from a local dog park too!”

“I have heard positive experiences about Pizzeria GM from multiple people and decided to try it. Once I got there, the atmosphere was great, friendly, and very welcoming. We went during a pretty busy time during the day but the staff was able to get us a table quickly. Everyone who was working at the restaurant was attentive and could answer any questions we had with no hesitation. The menu has many different options that people can choose from whether it be appetizers or main course dishes. Once the food arrived, we were so glad we decided to come here. The pizza was great, it was shared between some friends and me, and we all had nothing but positive things to say. It also is a very family-friendly restaurant. Overall, I would go here again because the staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious!”

“Moved to the area not long ago from Nashville. We were concerned about finding a good sushi place and have tried several around Hoover with not finding the right place yet. Tonight we decided to try Unagi and we are so glad we did! Edamame was fresh, wife had the Hometown Roll and I had the Big Al with Soypaper. They were both delish! Service was just as good. Also had the house ginger salad to round out an overall GREAT experience and meal! We will be back for sure and the bonus is living withing 2 mins. Thanks for a great experience!”

“The food here is so amazing! The New Orleans-based decorations and music blasting make it feel familiar inside the building. The staff was extremely nice and patient, answering our questions and making small talk. They're extremely sustainable by using reusable silverware and dishes. However, the tables are close to each other, which adds to the homey/familiar vibe, but it doesn't help with preventing COVID-19. Though, they do offer take-out as a counter! The area is really small with limited parking but the experience there left a big impression.”
