This is the BEST food truck in the city. Period. I've been going here for 10+ years and this is some of the tastiest food you'll find in all of Birmingham. Do not be fooled by the low prices - this is high-quality, fresh food you will love. Also don't be scared by some of the more exotic choices on the menu. My favorite taco is tripa (cow intestine) which I avoided for years because I wasn't comfortable with the idea of eating it. What a mistake that was! Dos Hermanos is amazing....read full review
We ordered a variety of tacos -- Asada, Campechano, Al pastor, and Carnitas; Grilled Jalapeños, and both sauces -- Roja and Verde. They were great and we'll definitely be ordering again.

Went to a food truck near the Galleria on John Hawkins and was told there was something wrong with the grill but come to find out the girl just didn’t want to cook in the heat for a small order. Well, THANK YOU for turning me away because I discovered this food truck and man is it delicious!! Just Wish it was closer to me. I’d probably be there every other day!!
