I live in the Hoover/Inverness area and go all the way to Helena Nutrition because Eugene and his wife are amazing. Their Tea',s always goes beyond my satisfaction and hey are super creative with flavors!! I wish I could give them a 10!

Nice to everyone that walks through that door. You are considered family to them and to the regular customers. The teas are amazing, the shakes are to die for, and not let’s forget about their fudge, fried ice cream, and waffles. Everything they make it so good. I would recommend this place to anyone. Come be a part of our Helena Nutrition Family.

Was so blessed by Eugene and his hospitality while I was down in Helena for work. He cares about his customers. He is a friend to the community. Everyone stop by and see him. You’ll be a friend when you leave.
