I love their hot cheese bread with marinara sauce. Always have, undoubtedly there is a high volume of turnover both in ownership and help because several years ago folks were friendly and my order was always right. NOT ANY MORE. I pulled up to drive through, terrible customer service. I was ordering my pizza and wasn’t done and she tried and shut the window while I was talking, I had to stop her to finish my order, no smile, very rude employee. She told me it be a 10 min wait for a suppose to be hot n ready pizza, nothing special at all, and it took 20 mins, also when I was trying to order my food at window I heard employees in the back screaming and yelling. Love lil Caesars but sometimes the employees arent as happy. I appreciate the effort they put in to still serve the community. So I think they might need a raise lol. Foods great was hot an fresh ready to go I certainly didn't have to wait.
