Ah yes, the perfect alternative to Chick-Fil-A, but don't get your hopes up, it won't replace it for me but I used to doubt Zaxby's before but it's now pretty good!!Food: Alright, I'm gonna get straightforward into it, boneless wings, chicken fingers, crinkle fries with seasoning and alfunnel cake (best item on the menu) with caramel sauce, ranch and Zax's sauce. Fabulous?✨ The Zax sauce is similar but not identical to Raising Canes and Guthrie's, not taste wise but look wise yes. Seasoning on fries is top notch. Two types of chicken, what more can you ask for?Atmosphere: About as much as I expected from a chicken place, it has that southern vibe to it, all the decorations and lighting make it so alive. The seats have their own light to them so that's something for guests to enjoy.Service: While not much, the staff were reasonable enough to understand my order and give it to me in person, asking for my name so they can find the right person to give the order too and asking if it is to-go or if it's eating in the restaurant.

The only issue I have is they charge for sauces you pay for it, get home and you find out they don’t even put them in your bag! Has happened tons of times. Really good food. I ordered the nibberz meal and it was delicious! The service is good, and the ambiance of the place is a casual restaurant which is nice. The downside is the carbonation in the drinks isn't always good.

They were rude with me about when I came to pick up a mobile order. Said I need to give them at least 10 minutes to get it ready but I never complained so not sure what the issue was. They were just standing around talking and on their phones so I guess I inconvenienced them. Also I asked if the sauce I ordered for my chicken tenders was in there and the employee that was about to hand me my bag had to ask someone else behind him. The girl said yes so I thanked them and pulled up. Checked my bag and of course no sauce at all. So I drove back around and they shoved it in my hand as if again I was inconveniencing them by them having to do the job they're paid to do. I won't be back to this location in Helena Alabama ever again.

Ordered Buffalo Tenders with Insane sauce twice, got Nuclear instead. Looked at the menu and realized that Insane was removed. The Nuclear sauce does not seem hot at all. Unless they bring something back with more heat, I probably won't be dining on Zaxbys much more.

I go through the drive through on lunch here every now and then. It's usually ok. This time my wife picked up food our family..a total of 5.... part of that order was 20 traditional wings. Well those wings were horrible. They were ridiculously undercooked. We have learned if you go here pick a small order and it will turn out ok. Large orders on the other hand are a no go.

Went through the drive thru on this visit to Zaxby's. My grandson loves Zaxby's and it was a lunch time visit. Drive thru order was taken swiftly. Paying for and getting the meal was great. Customer service was awesome. We will visit you again!Parking: Parking available onsite of the restaurant. Plenty of available space.
