Plenty of people inside but still seemed disorganized. Food was great though.
I ordered my food online and waited on it while at work. After 45 minutes I called to see what happened cause map said the store is 11 minutes away. Driver delivered food to wrong part of the plant and he wanted me to go and find where he left it?? I tried to explain that I couldn’t do that cause I don’t work for the company I deliver to here. He didn’t understand. Finally I spoke to NELSON and explained to him what happened and he said he didn’t know...read full review
Somehow my order got messed up online, the store manager ana and her college showed great patience and got my ordered fulfilled before closing time! I have worked in costumer service and I did not want to be difficult or greedy in anyway! I would've let it slide but it was my last 20. They are 30 mins from closing and they really pleased me with this! I will be back and it shows how if you come to workers with kindness they will be happy to help you thank you guys again :) hope...read full review
