If I could give them zero stars I would. I did an online order through the app. They told us when we got there to pick up our food that they were out of several items and they left the chicken off the salad. We asked for a refund on those items and were ignored. They refused to speak with us. We called corporate and were told there was nothing they could do but we might get a call from their leadership team.
Waited thirty minutes for my meal and they gave it to the wrong person . Seven cars outside waiting for food . I wish I went to Wendy’s across the street.homeless people outside too bad environment and slow

I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches in 2 different occasions. In the first instance, the chicken was raw and had to dump the whole sandwich. 2 days ago I ordered the same,which almost took 25 minutes .I didn't check how it looked like until I got to my workplace only to find out that the chicken was all sooth.I didn't even take a bite!This location is nasty and wonder if what they make is fit for human consumption.
