I ordered delivery from this Papa Johns location in Trussville and got a medium Hawaiian pizza and cinnamon pull aparts. The food didn't take very long to arrive, everything was hot, and it tasted great. I don't eat Papa Johns often but this location always delivers good food and the service is great. I'm not sure if there are any COVID precautions in the store, but I will definitely order from there again.
Pappas John's - just like ao many businesses has fallen away from quality and service.Pappas John's used to be my favorite pizza place. However, I honestly believe that Little Ceasars has taken the lead for pizza.I recently had a meat lovers pizza from Pappa John's and didn't enjoy it. It was undercooked, sauce didn't taste so great, and the crust wasn't great either. It may have all tasted not so good due to being undercooked.Not a happy customer experience!

Delivery was horrible. The website online literally gives you the option to leave notes for the drivers and the driver say they never get notes. If this is the case it is the store responsibility to convey instructions. Very displeased and this is the 3rd time this has happened. We were supposed to receive a 2liter we ordered from previous order that we never received. Never again. Good bye Papa Johns
