“The biscuit sandwiches are great. However, I went through the drive thru this morning and the guy taking orders could not bother to come to car window, he was leaning up against the wall of the building. I feel like Jack's customers deserve better!!!“

“This is my favorite subway in the whole wide world. I refuse to eat anywhere else, but at the subway Shaylyn, the manager here is like going to meet every need. The customer has and when it comes to customer service, she is absolutely the person for this job“

“I had the privilege of being helped by Joe during my visit. His customer service was outstanding. I truly felt he went above and beyond to insure my order was correct and to my liking. In society today great customer service should be recognized.“
