I went through the drive thru 8/22/22, the young lady at the window around 1:30 was so sweet!! (on the receipt it said donna?) She had great manners! Thank you zaxby's the food was good as always, and the staff is always so kind. Me and my mom always have something to say about the sweetness of the staff!! :)
Just left the drive thru. Workers were very fast and friendly. However my order was completely wrong. It seemed as if I had been given what was prepared at the time instead of making fresh. I ordered wings and things with fried pickles and a sweet tea and two extra sauces. I got an unsweetened tea, fried mozzarella bites, and no extra sauce. The w&t meat was correct but completely cold and the amount of fries were not the usual amount. I would have brought this to the teams attention...read full review

We attempted a stop for a quick meal as a family at another fast food place but saw a lot of people waiting for food and worried about the time it would take. I'm glad this happened because we went up the road to Zaxby's. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Kids enjoyed picking soda from the Coke Freestyle machine. Overall a good quick meal. They also have a rewards program and give you a free meal to download the app and make an account.
