“Our dinner last night was enjoyable, but incredibly slow arriving. We were told that the manager was cooking because of a shortage of cooking staff. Food, when it finally arrived, was plentiful and tasty. Our quick dinner stop took us an hour and a half!“

“The best thing is the fresh Milo’s Tea on tap! The food was fresh and tasty. The burgers are cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders, nuggets, and sandwich have a good taste and flavor to them. They are freshly made and have good breading. The fries are amazing, especially with the double-o sauce! The service was quick, employees were friendly, and the restaurant was clean inside and out. Definitely recommend!“

“Been eating at The Ark for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest childhood memories were coming in with my grandparents on Friday nights. Stopped in yesterday for lunch and while the catfish was as good as always and the service was excellent, we were all disappointed to find that they have changed hushpuppies. I HATE onions and one of the things I always loved about The Ark was that their hushpuppies had no onions. When we sat down yesterday, we immediately ordered a dozen (as we always do) but when we got them they had onion in them. As much as we enjoy eating there, I can get good catfish without driving over an hour to The Ark so the hushpuppies were the main reason we came. I guess we are done unless they go back to the recipe I have eaten for nearly 50 years.“

I assume there's only one choice of bbq sauce, because we weren't asked what kind we'd like, and i thought it was ketchup when I tasted it. Again, the food is good, just like any other bbq joint.“
