“Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

“We have a wheel chair bound member of our party. The staff knew exactly what her needs were without asking. Salad was chopped so for a change she didn't have to sit there like a child while someone at the table cut her salad. Bathroom was totally accessible. Food was delicious. Wonderful visit.“

“Just ate at The White House Restaurant in Warrior, Alabama AGAIN! The food is always delicious! Today we had the seafood special that they have on Saturdays and it was awesome. My husband and I had flounder, shrimp, stuffed crab, hush puppies, coleslaw, and a baked potato. Wow! Scrumptious meal and so much of it that I’m stuffed. Maria was our server this evening and even though the restaurant was packed and super busy she kept a smile on her face while taking care of us and everyone around us. “My husband and I often eat at the Metro Diner Trussville, AL location, because the food is excellent, and the staff is amazing. So, when he said he was going to order our Thanksgiving dinner from them, I was not surprised. And, y'all, it was EXCELLENT! A lot of food for a reasonable price, and everything tasted delicious. Plus there was plenty for leftovers. I know who we'll be having to cater our Christmas dinner. 😀“

We got the loaded nachos which were excellent, I got the social burger which was good, and the catfish platter I was told was also excellent. “I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today at Milo’s. I went through the drive-thru, and from the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming.

The woman who helped me with my order—the one with the beautiful gray/salt-and-pepper hair—was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and helped me place my order with such a positive attitude. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me.

The young man at the window was just as polite and respectful. It’s rare to experience such genuine kindness from multiple employees during one visit, and they both made the experience enjoyable.

I was also impressed by how fast everything was. The drive-thru moved quickly, and my food was ready in no time. Even better, it came out hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. Fast service without sacrificing quality is something that deserves recognition.

I’ll be honest—I was a little skeptical about stopping at this location because of the reputation the Parkway area sometimes has. This was my first visit to this Milo’s location in over six years, and I’m so glad I decided to give it another chance. They completely exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service is becoming harder to find, so I believe it should be acknowledged when people get it right. Thank you to the woman with the gray/salt-and-pepper hair, the young man at the window, and the rest of the team for making my visit such a pleasant one. Your friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of the food did not go unnoticed. “For a chain it has a good menu though small. We all opted for the burgers special each getting a different burger all for the same price. I had the Mexican inspired served between two toasted flour tortillas,two beef patties,lettuce, a type of salsa. Much easier to eat than I had imagined but better in flavors. Another person had them ultimate cheese burger served sliced in half, cut side buried in bubbling cheese sauce. It was vary much enjoyed. A third person enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger that had the most traditional look and like the others a perfectly cooked beef patty charred around the edges. The service was prompt and friendly and we were checked on appropriately. This was a chance eating experience, we had planned to eat in another restaurant but it was closed for the holiday. We were pleased with the substitution and will be back.“
