We love ordering Cracker Barrel delivery, but unfortunately, I have ordered drinks with my past 4 orders, and none of them have ever made it to me. I wish the receipts on the bags were actually checked before the delivery drivers (usually Door Dash) were checked before they leave the store. All of my receipts had drinks on them, yet they have never made it to me. The restaurant had many tables that were not cleaned up, floor had food scattered all around, took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged we were there. Saw the waitress twice, once for order, once for bill. No refill on beverage or check-in to see if we wanted something else. Food was good, the wait wasn't worth the time. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and it was nothing like I remembered being before. It use to be a piece of steak, very tender, that was breaded and fried with country gravy on it. This time is was what seemed like a breaded hamburger that was fried with gravy. It just wasn't as good as it used to be. Very disappointing. I will say your sides a as good as ever. Cindy Krueger
