“I have to brag on the gentleman that worked as a manager last night. I had a horrible headache. I got upset that I was having to wait on my food more than I thought I should. It’s probably the headache getting the better of me, but this gentleman came out with a big smile on his face and was so sweet And even walked my food out to me because he knew I had a headache thank you so much. I highly recommend the new management staff and Cracker Barrel in Oxford.“

“Everything was amazing. I got the all you can eat boneless wings, ribs, and shrimp and everything came out delicious. Our waitress Braelyn was very attentive and kind to us the entire time we were there. The atmosphere was very good and the place was super clean top to bottom.“

“While it does seem like the wait staff try and push people out the door as quickly as possible that's probably because the place is always busy. Despite that, I've yet to have a bad experience. The food tastes better than it normally does at other locations and the drinks are wonderful like they should be. Maybe just a bit of a less rushed atmosphere from the staff and this would be an easy 5 stars.“

“Shayla and Jordan great customer service and Shayla Is training he is doing a great job. He is very patient very respectful. She has all the skills that you need to be able to train someone being impatient, kind and respectful. I highly recommend her as a waitress and even as a manager, she will be great at it !! Jordan did a great job serving us he is training but honestly, he is doing a wonderful job. Both of them did a great job serving. Getting everything we needed and still continue to ask everything was doing good !! They both go away and beyond their jobs need more people make them!!“
