“I have left this review in other spots in addition to this one. This restaurant earned the effort. There were three of us. We had 45 minutes to eat and then 15 to get to the courthouse for a meeting. I had seen the place a few weeks before and wanted to try it. When we arrived the parking lot was about full. Good sign for food quality usually. Bad sign for someone who only has 45 minutes to eat. We asked the wait-staff if they thought they could pull-off a 30 minute race to get our food to the table. She worked with us by advising what meals/items took longer to prepare and we said game on. Best burgers I have had in Alabama in a decade. T H E B E S T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three of us were in awe of how good the meal was. The wait-staff was fast, courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. I am usually happy if I get just two of those in a server. Our server had them all. We are already planning to go back for a less rushed, more relaxed dinner soon. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and did not have the echo-filled cafeteria acoustics a lot of places do. Outstanding place. Outstanding burgers. Outstanding service. I highly recommend it.“

“Earlier today, I went to the Rail as our first date since moving to Gadsden. We were running behind so it was an hour before closing. I was very impressed by the speed of service, from both the waitstaff and the kitchen. The pimento cheese balls were soft and warm with a light crunchy breading around it. My Philly cheese steak was excellent, with not too soft peppers and onions and juicy shaved ribeye with a 5 star sauce. The flourless chocolate cake was rich and delicious, and my Peach old fashioned was fashionable and fantastic thanks to my server Hannah.“

“Absolutely delicious! Great service, very friendly and quick. The place is clean, and the food is awesome! I'm always cooking at home and since moving to the states have really wanted a place like this, simple, easy and delicious. I had the lemon basil chicken salad and the poblano chicken soup. My husband had the cranberry chicken salad. Both on croissants. We loved both but the lemon basil won. The soup was very good. And the cake- very impressive. The staff made it even better!“

“This is my second time going to any Waffle House for early morning breakfast. This particular Waffle House keeps me coming back. It's smaller cozy Waffle House with a decent amount of parking and seating. No matter the chef, the food is really good. This is probably one of the rare times at a restaurant where the food actually looks like the pictures on the menu. Everyone is really nice, even the customers. It's a very neighborly feel.“

“Initially I gave a 1 star because we had Been here since 5:50 it’s now 7:25, and still no table. I get that we are a big party; but don’t tell people 30-40 minutes and it be over an hour wait!!

However they redeemed themselves with excellent service and good food.“

“went to supper with my sister and we had a great waitress and wonderful food! the burger was good and so was their skillet queso. their customer service was great! when we went to leave my steering wheel was locked up and we were having trouble getting it unstuck to crank my car. there was two workers going to take their lunch and they grabbed two others to help us out. so four of the wonderful workers helped us get my car going! they were great!“

“Today was my sons 17th Birthday and he wanted Buffalo Wild Wings. I have to say the food was okay but our waitress was the best waitress I have ever had! Farren had our refills ready before we could even get to the bottom of the drink she also looked at our food and had to go boxes cups and bags ready for us before we asked! She was on it ! She was running because they were busy but made sure we were taken care of! Farren thank you for the Christmas card I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas 🎄“
