“Crumbl Cookies is one of those places that’s either a hit or miss depending on the weekly flavors. The cookies are huge, soft, and super sweet — definitely more of a “treat yourself” dessert than something you eat every day. Their rotating menu keeps things interesting, and the pink box packaging honestly makes the whole experience feel fun and aesthetic.

Some flavors are genuinely really good, especially the chilled cookies or anything with chocolate, cheesecake, or cinnamon flavors. But sometimes the cookies can feel underbaked or overly sugary. Price-wise, it’s a little expensive for cookies, but people usually go for the experience and trying new flavors with friends”

“We tried Cutter's Pizza today for the first time. I called to place an order and got their answering machine. To my surprise, they called me back within a couple of minutes. We got the cauliflower pizza crust which was delicious! When I picked it up I was greeted by Cutter himself. What a nice young man!”

“We came in after seeing a show at the OPAC on Saturday. We arrived 20 minutes before last call and didn’t want the staff to have to stay over since it was so close to closing. They were so kind and insisted that we stay and order. The bartender talked us through the menu since it was our first visit. This is a prohibition-era themed bar and their drinks are beautifully and thoughtfully crafted. We had a charcuterie board as well. The ladies were so friendly and did not rush us at all. We loved the atmosphere, the food and drinks, and the service. Can’t wait to go back!”

After a long day in the sun and a terrible experience at another restaurant in the area (rhymes with mobster) we were really hoping for a good experience tonight. Instead, we got an excellent experience! We were seated right away and Shelby took good care of us. She made sure our drinks, appetizers, salad and entrees came out in the right order. She checked on us frequently making sure we wanted for nothing. The food was on point for the brand and everyone enjoyed their meals. The highlight for me was the new chicken bites - wow.

“I door dash A lot of orders from this location several times a day. I am always very empresses with how friendly the associates are with me. I am most impressed with how well dresses and groomed they are. One girl I have seen wears a dress that goes past her knees. How good of an example is this in this age that a young woman would dress so appropriate in a place of business. I spoke with a male associate that is obviously a devoted Christian. No metal on there faces to freak me out when I see them. They do the counter the old way. There is always several associates standing at the registers ready to take orders. You don't have to work your way through a Kiosk. Managers are always very friendly with me. In other words they believe in good old fashion business and good old fashioned customer service...”

“There is just not a better Mexican restaurant than Los Mex. It has been in two other locations before this one and just kept growing because the food is SO GOOD. They learn you and know you when you come in the door. We have even been in Birmingham, run into employees and they greeted us!!! The Nachos are fantastic, but I always add pico on top for extra taste. Special Lunch No 1 is wonderful. Having lived all over the country, we always say LOS MEX is the BEST ever.”

The steak was excellent (shout out to Chef David!!!) and better than steak we've had at some top steakhouses in Indianapolis! “I have to brag on the gentleman that worked as a manager last night. I had a horrible headache. I got upset that I was having to wait on my food more than I thought I should. It’s probably the headache getting the better of me, but this gentleman came out with a big smile on his face and was so sweet And even walked my food out to me because he knew I had a headache thank you so much. I highly recommend the new management staff and Cracker Barrel in Oxford.”

“We were in town from Texas visiting my brother. In our neck of the woods our burger kings have closed. We decided to give this one a try for lunch. BEST BURGER KING I’ve ever walked into!!! Friendly staff, very patient & understanding while the picky kids ordered their foods. Very CLEAN! The food was good & sent out in a timely manner! HUGE play area indoor for kids! Great atmosphere.”

They know I like the non butter biscuit and guess what like clock work they got them. I also love there chicken tenders but those pintos and Mac & cheese simply the best. “I am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I understand that the meals are prepared by through a drug rehabilitation program, and I appreciate the important work being done. However, the recurring issue of missing items is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the food. The quality of service should be commensurate with the price paid. Today's experience further exemplifies this problem. After placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive-through window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that my order had been lost and was subsequently provided with an incomplete meal. I request that this matter be given urgent attention to ensure future orders are complete and accurate. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps being taken to improve the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment”

“I was traveling through on I-20 and wanted some Arbys but didn't want to drive miles off the highway. This Arby's was right off the exit less than .03 miles. Food was fresh, hot, and fast. I ate inside and it was very clean and had great relaxing music selection. Def a good place to chill, eat, and get refreshed for more driving.”

She has all the skills that you need to be able to train someone being impatient, kind and respectful. I highly recommend her as a waitress and even as a manager, she will be great at it !! Jordan did a great job serving us he is training but honestly, he is doing a wonderful job. Both of them did a great job serving. Getting everything we needed and still continue to ask everything was doing good !! They both go away and beyond their jobs need more people make them!!”
