“We tried Cutter's Pizza today for the first time. I called to place an order and got their answering machine. To my surprise, they called me back within a couple of minutes. We got the cauliflower pizza crust which was delicious! When I picked it up I was greeted by Cutter himself. What a nice young man!”

“We came in after seeing a show at the OPAC on Saturday. We arrived 20 minutes before last call and didn’t want the staff to have to stay over since it was so close to closing. They were so kind and insisted that we stay and order. The bartender talked us through the menu since it was our first visit. This is a prohibition-era themed bar and their drinks are beautifully and thoughtfully crafted. We had a charcuterie board as well. The ladies were so friendly and did not rush us at all. We loved the atmosphere, the food and drinks, and the service. Can’t wait to go back!”

“There is just not a better Mexican restaurant than Los Mex. It has been in two other locations before this one and just kept growing because the food is SO GOOD. They learn you and know you when you come in the door. We have even been in Birmingham, run into employees and they greeted us!!! The Nachos are fantastic, but I always add pico on top for extra taste. Special Lunch No 1 is wonderful. Having lived all over the country, we always say LOS MEX is the BEST ever.”

“My family and I would always go here when we want Subway. We would get the meal of the day since it’s a good price for sandwich, chip, and drink. I went in to order one time, but I had a hard time hearing what they were asking. So now I just order through the app because it’s more convenient. They always make our food quick and fresh by the time I drive there. It always hits which is why we love this place so much! It’s clean in there, and I hope more people will come and support this business!”

“I have a lot to say… I live about 45 minutes away and we stopped by on our way to Atlanta. My Husband is upset because the Bojangles by us closed down. He loves Bojangles. I had tried the breakfast once and our local one closed. So, with that being said, I have not had anything else. We’re celebrating his birthday, he requested Bojangles, so a birthday boy gets what birthday boy wants. First off, welcoming environment, clean interior and fast service. Second, omg the food was delicious. Third, ELIJAH WE LOVE YOU. holy moly the service was exceptional. I don’t think we have ever… and I mean EVER… had such great customer service from any sort of fast food establishment. Yall will think “yeah Elijah is going places” no…. Elijah is going to end up wherever that boy wishes. Idk where you came from, who trained you or who raised you but we were beyond impressed. Whoever cooked the food, thank you to your magical hands. We will forever think about this experience. Lastly, Elijah… we love you. Okay bye.”

“I am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I understand that the meals are prepared by through a drug rehabilitation program, and I appreciate the important work being done. However, the recurring issue of missing items is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the food. The quality of service should be commensurate with the price paid. Today's experience further exemplifies this problem. After placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive-through window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that my order had been lost and was subsequently provided with an incomplete meal. I request that this matter be given urgent attention to ensure future orders are complete and accurate. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps being taken to improve the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment”

“Consistent with the DQ brand and what you’d expect.

We stopped by here a couple of times while staying in the area for ice cream. The folks were friendly, the service was fast and the ice cream was good. I’m not sure one could ask for more from a DQ.”
