Fuji Japanese Cuisine offers an authentic and superb dining experience with high-quality food, friendly servers, and a great atmosphere. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere and an robot. The staff is very friendly and on top of needs and wants, providing amazing service. The food is outstanding, so fresh, very well cooked, and very flavorful. Their menu items, such as miso soup, shrimp salad, hamachi, and tuna rolls, are consistently delicious. The hibachi chef is very good and very entertaining. With ample parking and a welcoming, kid-friendly atmosphere, Fuji Japanese Cuisine is a must-visit for Japanese food lovers in the Oxford area.
