This DQ giving DQ bad reputation with their ice cream. Every time order $7 basket & have them hold on sundae til done eating they go ahead & put ice cream in cup & put in freezer. Not fresh when you get it. Whole point in DQ ice cream is the soft serve freshness. No longer soft serve when you freeze it!
I came by yesterday afternoon, my order was wrong. I asked for a manager, and Courtney came out being very very rude…I then talked to the usual red head who’s usually there during mornings and she fixed my issue with no problem! Consistent with the DQ brand and what you’d expect.
We stopped by here a couple of times while staying in the area for ice cream. The folks were friendly, the service was fast and the ice cream was good. I’m not sure one could ask for more from a DQ.
