Blizzards on point. Good crew these days. Fast and on point. Pup cups are a plus as well. Thank you for having pup cups for those of us who take our loyal companions with us these hot summer days. It's nice to find restaurants that offer more.
Should be shut down by the way my engagement cake looks. Literally paid for a cake that we more than likely CANT use. Contacting corporate as we speak
Went through today and ask for a Carmel Shake with the dip top chocolate which used to be called a mocha chip shake. I was told shakes cannot be modified?? Really? I worked at DQ for 7 years I know better. Horrible service!

Inside the restaurant, some staff members have been observed not following proper hygiene practices, which has led to concerns about food preparation. The service can be inconsistent, with some staff members being rude and others being sweet and understanding. The drive-thru speaker has been broke for a long time and it’s very hard to hear them taking your order. There are only two ladies working in the entire restaurant on a Saturday at lunch time. Burgers are quite good, and the flame thrower is recommended.
