“Always liked Arby's as it offers something besides the standard burger and fries. Working 12 hr shifts, I came to know some of the old crew when it was locally owned. I was greeted on entering, asked for my order and received it CORRECTLY, which is rare nowadays, and quick. The only draw back is what we've come to expect. Some tables had not been wiped off and the floor could have been swept of loose fries and paper pieces.“

“I love their pizza and they always deliver well. I use their app and get the rewards which is definitely worth it. I've gotten cinnabons free several times. They also always have deals on there to save a little money. The only gripe I have is that they don't open up for dine in and have their buffet anymore. We always enjoyed that.“
“Went to the Albertville AL location tonight and there were 2 cars in front of me that pulled up and were served quickly. I purchased the nacho fries box. And my order was ready by the time the food was paid for. This was the best fast food I have purchased in the longest time!! It was hot, fresh, and just spot on. My beefy 5 layer burrito was made correctly(I ordered it special) and it was layered perfectly. I got a bite of each ingredient in every bite!! The nacho fries were hot and fresh as well. My husband ate the chalupa and the taco and he said they were both wonderful too!! The order taker and cashier(if they were different people) were super friendly and I called to speak with the manager just to tell her what a wonderful job they had done and she was incredibly friendly as well. Even before she realized I wasn’t calling to complain. I have never been so impressed with Taco Bell in my life!!! Thanks guys! You Rule!!!“

“The staff was friendly, I ordered on the app. I was a little late picking up my order.. it wasn't ready when I got there. I waited less than 10 minutes for my order. While I waited, I brushed up against their drink area and stuck to it.. it was so sticky my clothes were sticky.As I waited I noticed how dirty the kitchen area was (what I could see of it), not what I expected from a Fire House Subs... not sure I'll eat there again.
