“Today I stopped in around 10:30 a.m. to place an order for 40 Bo Bites, young man at the register said no problem. I asked if it we could pick it up around 1. Young man says no problem. Very kindly. This young man acted like that was no issue at all as he proceeds to tell us he had been at work some 5 a.m. He was by no means complaining just conversing as out the day. We head to pick up the order and arrive around 12:30 with masking if we could add 20 chicken fingers, me thinking lord that’s gonna take a bit and may not be able to happen. Nope. Kid smiles and says not a problem at all. No panicking. No ugh. Nothing but it’s no problem. I asked if they would mind us waiting, even though it would be 30 min. I didn’t mind. We
took a seat to be approached by the young man holding 2 cups. He asked if we would like a drink while we wait. No whining, no complaining just smiles and no problems. These young people at this place definitely need more support. Thank you so Jordan!!! He was quite pleasant to deal with today. Thank you so much for making this task easy.“

“Our food was delicious ? We had the Roast Beef Double Meat sandwich meal and a burger, curly fries and fried mac'n cheese bites. The coke was clear coming out of the machine, so we just settled for something else to drink. The table and store appeared clean, but I do not like when employees sweep right beside you while you're eating! This is rude. There were only 2 tables being used at the time, so why sweep beside us? ?“

“The workers here care for the customers truly. I never have a bad experience here and today was no different. The hardees app is constantly blowing up my phone but the closest is Albertville. Today the app said to redeem in store. I thought it was weird but I gave it a shot. The reason Albertville Hardee’s isn’t on the app is because they are run by someone different than the others. Even though this was the case, they still honored the deal and the chicken was soooo good! Thank yall so much for always putting in the effort!“

“great food as usual but the service is beyond slower than a snail. Staff should go retrain at the Jones valley or memorial parkway store to learn how it's done.“

“I came in to grab my online order. When I picked it up I noticed that it was a regular instead of a giant. Faith and Michelle immediately made me a fresh new sub and were super nice. I appreciate them for making my dinner tonight and being polite in a world thats lacking in that department.“

“The food was hot and fresh and the cashier was very friendly and made sure our order was right before he left. He also made sure we had condiments and stuff. Food was really good. The experience made me want to go back and I don’t usually eat there.“

“Went when it was probably one of the busiest afternoons. They were doing $1 burgers, and of course slammed. I watched all the workers busting their tails to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Even through all the chaos they were still super friendly, smiling, and conversational with the customers. The crew that is working through $1 burger day should get a bonus as a thank you for their hard work as it is surely deserved.“

“The food at this location was tasty but they were just a little skimpy on some of the fillings. My wife was a little bit disappointed with the toppings portion on her vegetarian pizza but I’ll say that my burrito supreme was loaded up to my satisfaction.
