Staff was great, food was good although I tried the beef nachos and definitely will not order it again. But otherwise when I can't figure out what to get I will continue to choose taco bell for a fast, economical meal.

Went to the Albertville AL location tonight and there were 2 cars in front of me that pulled up and were served quickly. I purchased the nacho fries box. And my order was ready by the time the food was paid for. This was the best fast food I have purchased in the longest time!! It was hot, fresh, and just spot on. I watched the girl at the drive thru leave the bathroom, not wash her hands, and go straight to touching people's food. I love your food and I visit you frequently and I've never had a complaint, but that is not ok. There is a sink behind the counter where she could've washed them if she didn't want to use the bathroom sink. This happened on Thursday, 08/03, at 4:00pm. She has red hair and is working the drive thru.
