“I placed an order through the app which was ok. All pizzas were some of the best ever! The thin crust and toppings were perfect. Thank you Oneonta Pizza Hut. They looked and tasted great. It took me back to the 90's when I worked at a Pizza Hut.“

“The burger was good. Everything I expect from Jack's. As I pulled up I noticed a short line at the drive through so I parked and went in. As I stood there the employees were goofing off and no one was getting served. I noticed a car pulling through the drive-thru window that was in line when I pulled in so I went back to my truck. I pulled up to the drive-thru and it was just as slow. The line was a crawl and when I got to the window the employees were still cutting up. But the burger was hot and fresh. So there's that.“
“Definitely go through the drive thru area and don't park and push the button. This place is busy!!! That's not a bad thing, that's what business is about. You can pick a stall after you get your food. I've always loved Sonic.“
“Went thru the drive thru & we were the only car in line & took roughly 20 (+) mins for 4 pieces of fish, 10 pieces of fried shrimp, 2 orders of fries & 2 stuffed crab & a LG drink. They didn't even put hush puppies in the plate. The lady working the window kept wondering off & there was only 1 other car in the parking lot. So I know it wasn't busy. Extremely slow for a fast food restaurant, I don't plan on returning to this location.“
“During COVID i used the drive-thru and always ordered a chicken breast box and would take it home and remove the skin as Im not supposed to be eating much salt and I think that helped reduce salt intake. Service was always quick and friendly and food was cooked right. Of times I have been inside I think they might have needed some cleaning but have not been inside in a long time.“

“Went through the drive thru and I was totally surprised. Only 1 employee was working. Said the other people didn't show up for work. But I will say that the gentleman who was working made all the difference in the world. Smiles and professional are very short words for him. There was more than me in line for food and he was doing a great job with the orders. Accurate, prompt, courteous and very professional. Whoever the guy is needs a raise. If for nothing else because he doesn't mind working and making sure that he got it right. By himself and didn't complain. Most would have closed and left but he didn't want to. He is a manager and a good one! AGAIN thanks for the service you sir are a valuable asset to your company.“
