I placed an order through the app which was ok. All pizzas were some of the best ever! The thin crust and toppings were perfect. Thank you Oneonta Pizza Hut. They looked and tasted great. It took me back to the 90's when I worked at a Pizza Hut.
I felt really bad for the lady that mainly ran the show there. She is always sweet when we come but always running ragged. We had to ask some employees that were just standing around for clean plates and to refill the lettuce.

We had a large group coming that the restaurant was informed of beforehand, at least an hour or two ahead of time. No tables were ready for a large group when we got there. Workers were in booths talking, one even lounging in booth with legs propped on the opposite seat. The room we were put in was being used to store large objects. The room hadn’t been cleaned in a while, with spills and dirt everywhere. Pizza was hot, taste was ok.
