Food was hot, fresh. There was no tea at the drink station, asked for some from the back and the worker said we might have some back here and then just stared at me. It was almost 90 degrees in the dining room, apparently the ac was broke. This is usually the best Arby's in the area.
Well maintained and nice staff
Walked in, took a moment for someone to come to the front. Manage walked by, didnt even speak. Then a young girl came to the front. She had her mouth full of food and couldn't even ask what can I get for you. I used a coupon, but after eating we realized it didnt take the coupon price. I took our receipt back to the young cashier. She said I'm sorry, I dont know what to do. I said you can get me my change. She finally called that manager back.
