Mi casita in glencoe has gone down hill huh?
Bought 2 separate cheese dips... small and medium and a cheese quesadilla. 20$ 24$ after tip.
Brings me 1 bag of chips for 2 cheese dips and tells me that's how it comes. Maxe me pay 3$ more for my second bag of chips. I will never give them another cent.

Based on the reviews, Mi Casita is a beautiful, fairly new restaurant that is very spacious with plenty of pleasant and attentive staff. The food is wonderful as usual, with quality food and great employees. The chicken nachos are the best, with moist and flavorful shredded chicken. Other meals mentioned include the Greg Special, which is the best Tilapia with steamed veggies, the machaca chimichanga, and the steak ranchero. A daughter complained her quesadilla was stuffed too full. The salsa has good flavor but is not spicy, though a spicy version is available. Service is prompt and friendly, with lunch portions being good sized and a good value. The manager or owner circulates the restaurant, once bringing a basket of candy to hand out and dancing with kids. There is outside seating, lots of music, and often karaoke on Friday night. Parking seems to always be plenty, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ground level entry. Kids are always welcome.
