“A group from Marshall Fitness Arthritis Pool went for lunch. We had extra people and they moved tables to accommodate us. They cheerfully provided saucers for a cake that one of our members made. They made our lunch enjoyable. One of our group did not like her mashed potatoes, but that was the only bad comment I heard.”

“Today is April 21st 2022 me my mother and my husband came to eat there every was so good ? my mother had the Cobb salad my husband had the shrimp basket and I had catfish dinner freash made really hot are waitris lady was so sweet I did not get her name but she stayed on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed when needed it, we eat there there once a month and would take every body I no there if I could I love this place and great food every one needs to try everything God bless to the owner and manger and everyone who works there for your hard work ?❤️”

“We stopped in this morning and bought sausage balls, chicken salad, cupcakes, and desert bars, as, tasters for our upcoming memorial for Nonnie, they were fantastic. Thanks Jonica for taking time to help us. Even more impressive was her business knowledge and how she is making a small town bakery thrive by reaching all over Alabama and the US with food and cooking clases but be careful it's like drinking out of a firehose. Thanks for the help and sharing Jonica, that is impressive. Support local small businesses.”

“So good. We were looking for a mom and pop ice cream shop and stumbled upon them. Tried the cheese ice cream and I was shocked at how good it was. So friendly. We loved everything we got.”

“I can always count on a good meal from the Chic, and this time was no different. The only quibble I have w this visit is that the deluxe chicken Sammy was a little overcooked and a bit on the tough side. Still edible and delicious, but not something you'd expect from the chic. Definitely not a deal breaker, just an observation from a long time chic fan.”

“Best pork chop I've ever eaten and I eat pork chops almost every day. You could cut it with a butter knife, and chew it using the roof of your mouth. Very tender, very flavorful. Highly recommend the blackened. 10/10 will be back tomorrow for a second round.”

“We came for lunch and were very happy with our Figgy Piggy Paninis. Also had a side of the Autumn salad w pecans, cranberries, and orange dressed with a delicious dressing. (Wish I knew what that was!) Everything we had was delicious, and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!”

“WOW!!! first time going there was today and I have found my new favorite burrito and taco go to. I had the burrito Jalisco and was the best tasting burrito I’ve found in Alabama. Los Arcos and all you other so called Mexican, sit back and start taking notes. Won’t be long and I bet we see a brick and mortar location.

Update. Went back today, Thursday, and tried the tacos. WOW. Just as expected, absolutely amazing.”

I had 3 street tacos. One each of al pastor, steak/ sausage and birria. The al pastor is now my favorite taco. Wish I'd have tried it sooner. I've never had a birria taco that wasn't a quesabirria, but it was good and tender. The carne asada was a little tough in the steak/ sausage taco.
Still all really good. Highly recommend.”

“Smaller than expected but very nice staff. Food was fairly priced . Me and my husband stopped in for a fast yummy lunch and we weren’t disappointed. The spicy tuna tempura was white tuna which isn’t my favorite but fault of my own for expecting red. Very very nice place in this town”

“Food was hot & fresh. Although I will say I feel incredibly sorry for the young lady who took my order today. She was doing drive-thru, the front counter, cleaning the dining room, refilling/stocking the dining room, running food to the dining room, & even assisting two elderly ladies with the bathroom DURING LUNCH RUSH!!!. Her name is ASHLEY. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but she should be - & IF there was a manager here that wasn't helping, shame on them. Food was great, her service was phenomenal. She kept a smile & great attitude the entire time!”

“Clean dining room and they got a 93 health dept score rating! Excellent customer service! Staff were nice, personal and professional! Food was hot and fresh!! Dr Pepper was really good! They do not have freestyle and still have the original drink dispenser and I LOVE that!! I am not a fan of freestyle so I hope the original dispensers stay! Totally recommend!”
