“We ordered the biscuits and gravy for breakfast this Saturday morning while my parents were visiting from Kentucky. Our family loves breakfast food so we might have high standards. This was our first time eating from Granny’s Corner so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they did not disappoint. The biscuits and gravy was so good! Granny’s Corner will 100% be our new breakfast joint for when we don’t feel like cooking. We will be back to try the rest of the menu. If you’re reading this review then I absolutely encourage you to check them out too!”

“Our favorite breakfast stops for sure. Oh! And lunch too!! We have tried some of the biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast wraps. Also for lunch the bacon burger, cheese burger, chicken wrap, fries and onion rings. In my opinion this place is better than fast food chains. We're more of a mom and pops kinda joints. I haven't tried the cheese sticks but they sure look good. Don't mind me. I like me some good food. SERVICE AND STAFF have always been the best and amazing. They make us feel like family!! Now when they are busy don't be getting on your high horse because they are rushing to get back to the kitchen they are doing their absolute best to get your food ready. Just be patient food is made to order. When your done just holler nicely. "Thank yall so much, have a good morning-weekend-etc... Good lord willing and the creek don't rise we hope to be regulars for years to come. The atmosphere is pretty cool and laid back for us, since we are somewhat antisocial. They are super sweet and nice folks who have worked hard to be where they are. Thank yall oh so much and may God bless!!

Parking: Parking is parking and has always been the way it is for decades now. I don't seem to have problems with parking pull right in and park near the restaurant or off to the side.”

“Today is April 21st 2022 me my mother and my husband came to eat there every was so good ? my mother had the Cobb salad my husband had the shrimp basket and I had catfish dinner freash made really hot are waitris lady was so sweet I did not get her name but she stayed on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed when needed it, we eat there there once a month and would take every body I no there if I could I love this place and great food every one needs to try everything God bless to the owner and manger and everyone who works there for your hard work ?❤️”

“We came for lunch and were very happy with our Figgy Piggy Paninis. Also had a side of the Autumn salad w pecans, cranberries, and orange dressed with a delicious dressing. (Wish I knew what that was!) Everything we had was delicious, and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!”

“I would like to say that this is one of the best Waffle houses we have been too and I have been in at least 50 different Waffle houses. They are friendly, accommodating and always put the customers first. i am especially fond of Tiffany. She is usually our waitress and she goes overboard to make you feel welcome. We go to this Waffle House at least three times a week.”

She was doing drive-thru, the front counter, cleaning the dining room, refilling/stocking the dining room, running food to the dining room, & even assisting two elderly ladies with the bathroom DURING LUNCH RUSH!!!. Her name is ASHLEY. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but she should be - & IF there was a manager here that wasn't helping, shame on them. Food was great, her service was phenomenal. She kept a smile & great attitude the entire time!”

“The quality of the meal tonight may be the worst I've eaten since they opened in Guntersville. I have never, I mean Nev-A, left food on a plate when eating here. But tonight I did. The quality of the chicken was rubbery; the fries were cold & over salted. It was bad. Boaz store hands down has the better food quality.
UPDATE: They evidently read some reviews because the turnaround is acknowledged. Food is like it was when they opened in 2001ish. Much better! A+”
