This restaurant is always great! All their food is delicious, but my personal favorite is the Cajun chicken biscuit and Bo rounds. And you can order breakfast any time. The restaurant is always clean inside and out.

I received the wrong order after being told to pull up. I went back around to the drive-through and was told to give the sandwich back so I could receive my correct meal. The meal would’ve been discarded by myself, it’s not what I ordered. (I said a chicken filet biscuit meal and the girl who took my order gave me a chicken biscuit sandwich.) I do not trust the cleanliness and sanitation of this facility due to them, taking my already opened, sandwich back through the window. I know that that is against most policy due to cleanliness concerns. I ended up throwing away my correct order. I can’t imagine what else they do at this fast food restaurant that goes against policy. The manager was already at the window as well when I asked to speak to her assuming she would have an issue with this but no. And she was the one who gave me $1.50 cash after I asked for my difference in money back since I was up charged for the wrong meal. They are nasty at this location and I will not be back.

I frequent this Bojangles because I'm a fan of some of the menu items. On my last visit, I ordered one of my faves -Bo Rounds - and was told they didn't have enough and it would take a minute. The food was ready in good time, but when I got home and checked the bag, the Bo Rounds were cold and there were far fewer than was it included with that size. It made me wonder where those had come from.

Good food but I had gotten a tender less than the size of my pinky and they said it was just extra. I showed them the box to prove that it was all that was given.The manager made it seem like I removed one of the items and I didn’t like being ridiculed like that.
