Cold food very poor service and a very bad manager! Will not be back.

Today I want to Buffalo Wild Wing and had some bad and good service the waiter was super nice and friendly but the manger was not, because he was super rude with customers that wanted to dine in mostly to the Hispanic people that can’t speak English but not for the white people and got mad at one of his workers that tried to help and was the waiter that service use. Well I am very discouraged by dinner tonight. Was expecting some awesome wings and great service in a fun environment. Well needless to say not the case and a ridiculous price to pay for what we got. Service was not up to par with empty drinks for the majority of my meal :( can't say I will make that trip back, things just are not the same. And had our waitress been slammed I would have been more understanding but we hardly seen her......and the manager walked by I can't tell u how many times and seen my cup and another on the table empty but never stopped at our table. And let's not mention how dry, hard, and not sauced my boneless wings were. First and last trip for sure at a price of $75 for one adult, teen and a child

Shout out to Kensley tonight. We had a party of 7 and She was our server. She did a great job and is friendly and attentive. We had some questions about the app and some of the new items and she was very helpful and patient with us. Got our drinks out quick took order promptly and delivered food with a smile.checked on us promptly and made sure we had drink refills . she is a Great server! Thank you very much Kensley!

First off this review is based strictly on take out. On our first visit to this location we had a very rude waitress so we just stick to getting it to go now. What else can I say other than dry as a bone. Which is ironic since part of our order consisted of bone in wings and drumsticks. Hey, on the upside the boneless wings were pretty decent!

Websites down, so no online deals. Even when you order from regular menu on line for pick up ,never the same price as on website and it's not online exclusive.. Like a bait and switch.

The food was cold at least my wings were, as for our waitress though she was super sweet and very fast was super nice to our son as well. We went on a Sunday which is partly our fault but it was loud and our booth seats were filled with crumbs but other than that I suppose it was ok.

I eat a lot of BWW and was somewhat disappointed in this location. I ordered my usual dry buffalo seasoning and you could barely see anything on the wings. When I mentioned it to the manager it went over her head. The food was good, just not how I ordered it. If I wanted plain wings I would have ordered them that way. This is becoming all too common recently. Otherwise the venue is nice and clean; the server was good; the beer was cold. I'll be back, but not anytime soon.
