Took long with my food. The lady at front saw I was there for a mobile order she saw I needed a decaf coffee and didn’t even start the coffee she waited till she gave me the food and wanted to start the coffee I told her I didn’t want it anymore and I didn’t ask for a refund because I was in hurry.

Came to get the boys the SpongeBob Meal which includes: SpongeBob’s Krabby Whopper, Mr. Krabs’ Cheesy Bacon Tots, Patrick’s Star-berry Shortcake Pie, and Pirate’s Frozen Pineapple Float. They were out of the pie and didn’t offer a replacement but charged full price and they also gave us the icee not float. This is the worst BK ever and the service is terrible. When I asked about the issues the girl was rude and kept repeating we are all out. Then don’t sale them at full price when you don’t get what it included.

Ordered a order had to go back 2 times when I went back on the second time they still messed app the order so it has not been fixed still not going back to try to fix this cause I asked them at them If this was right because they missed it the first time

Their burgers have gotten extremely smaller!! I, usually, can only eat one cheeseburger but I could have eaten 3 of the ones they have now! Taste was still pretty good but what I would have to spend to actually get stomach full is definitely not worth it!! I used to LOVE Burger King!! 😥

Stopped into this BK this morning while heading to Atlanta, while In BK this morning waiting to get breakfast there is this male manager trying hard to complete orders. He is upfront by himself while another male manager is helping an employee in the kitchen. A female manager is here too but she is too busy on her phone and went into a room I am assuming to be the office. Not once did she offer help or ask the customers if we needed anything. Bad management by her but the others were really trying and I feel bad they have to work with someone like her.

This place is getting almost like McDonald's except there isn't a bunch of kids working here! Definitely makes that situation worse!
We had a coupon so we popped in for some food and man were we impressed. The fries were hot the order taker she was so kind and was great at up selling cookies and making our meal large size! Thanks for an awesome experience. We don't get to eat out much because we are a low income family but you definitely made it worth it! 1:19 pm Tamara voyles

Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of town to head back to NC. My son and I walked in, the guy working looked at us and looked away. No greeting, no nothing. Hey, if don't want our business, that's fine. We're in town one or two times a year. This used to be a very good place. We stopped at McDonald's in Boaz and everything was good. This was on 2/16/25.
