Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of town to head back to NC. My son and I walked in, the guy working looked at us and looked away. No greeting, no nothing. Hey, if don't want our business, that's fine. We're in town one or two times a year. This used to be a very good place. We stopped at McDonald's in Boaz and everything was good. This was on 2/16/25.

9/7/24 health score at 83. I found a hair in my burger in the toppings. Over all poor cleanliness just looking around at things. 2/5 because the man at the counter was quick and polite when we had a missing part of the order fixed.

Sat in line for over 20 mins and they were only taking care of one car in all that time.it will be my last time
(Drive thru - Albertville) Hi welcome to Burger King, would you like to make your day fiery and try one of our new fiery menu items? Sure – proceeds to order fiery menu items, Then we are told we don't have the pepper jack cheese nor any fire sauce, we also don't have any of the fiery chicken fries nor the fiery mozzarella sticks. Internal thought – so there are no actual fiery menu items that can be completed other than making them normal items, so then why are you promoting fiery items off of a menu that you cannot complete (rhetorical), henceforth, bad experience – going to a different fast food restaurant . Is this an isolated incident – maybe. Can it easily be fixed – yes, but who sells items off of a menu that cannot be completed as advertised . Update - the Burger King in Guntersville had every fiery item on the menu AND were able to complete my order in full - now we are satisfied

My family and I came in for a quick lunch and got to meet the absolute sweetest employee! If I’m remembering correctly her name is Judy. She made our entire experience! She was so attentive and kind.
We also witnessed her being a very hard worker, she was cleaning tables, signs and taking orders. Her positivity was contagious! ?
