I’ve experienced several issues with this location. If you order thru the app, be prepared to wait a while at curdside. Also, a team member decided to prank us by adding cinnamon to my concrete mixer. The manager on duty was less than helpful and said she wasn’t aware of anyone that would do that, it must have been residual cinnamon in the blender (even though I was told that yes the blender is rinsed after every use). You could smell the cinnamon from greater than an arm length away so that was not residual cinnamon.

The food is really good, but it is so slow to get literally anything. I came 25 minutes before work to just get a Large cheese curd. There was only one person in front of me and it took me 20 minutes just to get my order

The waitress clearly didn't pay attention to my order. I am gluten free and got into some wheat. She didn't put it down on the chart that I said gluten free. I am sick now thanks to not paying attention to a customer. She not only was a worker, but she was a team lead. This is the second time this has happened. Culvers has disappointed me and my fiancé.

Slowest and worst service I have ever had at a restaurant if I could give less then 1 star I would. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get 4 shakes is horrible. Do better Culver's.
