Been super happy to have a Culver's finally make it's way close to me down South. I've been to the Albertville one a few times now. Service has been quick. Food has been fresh and great. I highly recommend a mushroom swiss butter burger and cheese curds.
Everything was great...until I ordered a coffee. After a long wait I was THEN told that they unplug the coffee pot every day at 12 pm and it would be another 20 minutes. When I complained I was told that I could go to Starbucks for coffee. Needless to say I left without my coffee. I don't believe it would break the bank to leave the coffee pot on....or simply buy a Keurig!!!
The frozen custard is the best thing here in my opinion. Chocolate custard topped with Heath bar is amazing 👏 Service can be a bit slow but they make things to order. Staff is friendly and always enjoy stopping by for a dessert to go.
