I used to love this place when they first opened. Now you can't get a hot drink. My husbands black coffee with butter pecan flavoring is cold. My latte is even colder. I just opened the lid and it is flavored milk. Thers no coffee even in it. None. Why can't you make a hot drink hot. And how do you just pour milk and flavoring and not a single drop of coffee? I've been told so many times the steamer is broken. I give up. This is completely ridiculous. I won't be back.
After today’s visit I will not be back. After waiting on my mobile order 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me that I placed 10 minutes before I got there, and after that my order couldn’t be made correctly due to lack of product. People were helped around me, and I watched my drink cup with the sticker on it sit on the counter as other drinks from the drive thru and dine in areas. were made.
