My order was great accurate and was everything I expected the only issue I have is with the service. It doesn't always happen but there has been a few occasions in which the was just plain awkward. The staff didnt want to be there and you could tell not only in their body language but by the attitude as well. They still made my order and it was correct but you could really tell they didnt want to and the only other issue I had is the store itself seems like they constantly run out of popular flavors of ice cream a lot and can be frustrating especially when you order ahead in the app and when you get to the store to pick up your order you get told they dont have it and they ran out a few days ago and you still get told the exact same thing when you choose another flavor. I just wish they could inform the customers of that kind of thing someway to avoid the whole ordeal altogether.

Showed up about 930pm to get coffee before work. First employee came on asked if I would be using my app. Then a second employee cut in and told me that the store was closed. Weird cause your website says 10 pm.. and there were other customers parked out front. Please either fix your hours or speak to your employees. I was having a bad enough start to my day and not being able to get coffee before a 3rd shift job just makes it worst.

Snackin bacon didnāt fill up but 1/4 the bag. For $3.50? I even asked the girl at the window if that was the correct portion. She just said āYeahā. Tastes great. Good coffee but corporate needs to take a look at what they are offering for those kinds of prices.

Very disappointed with this Dunkin! Iāve come through the drive thru twice this week with horrible customer service.This morning I ordered my usual iced coffee, waited about 10+ min only to be ignored at the window (no one would come to the window even though the employees saw me waiting) and asked āwhat was my order?ā Like what? When I placed my order it appeared correct on the screen, Iām not sure how my order got lost? I canāt believe the amount of employees wearing headsets for what? You canāt even take my order. I donāt understand how you get my order lost. This use to be a good Dunkin when it first openedā¦

Closed at 8:45 even though their hours of operations posted they do not close until 9. Online hours say they close at 10. Please address the issue
