Which the Pic shows chocolate syrup , Carmel , strawberry . She put chocolate.It was all good bit why can't someone get what is showed without all the questions

I got an iced coffee it used to be good but I think the coffee has changed because now it tastes sour and bitter no matter how many creamer I put on it it still taste sour and doesn’t taste like how I used to remember. It has a weird taste to it. Does anyone know if they changed their coffee and why?

This dunkin is by far the best dunkin around! The women are always so friendly! I have become a regular to this dunkin because they always get it right and have great service. I get the butter pecan iced coffee and it always tastes so good. If you want good iced coffee and food with great service i recommend this dunkin!

I ordered breakfast and a frap. Frap was just cold liquid no ice of any kind and definitely not the Carmel I ordered and the Cresent was burt black not even edible.

The biscuits were not cooked completely. It was basically raw dough on a piece of processed chicken for about 4$. First and last time my family will go to this establishment. Oh and every phone number both online and from 411 had a number listed that was disconnected. The 800 # was a waste of time, the person I talked with asked me for the business address... I'm not Dunkin donuts!!! Shouldn't the company have a directory of there franchises? Poor quality from food preparation to customer service.

First off it's always so cold in this store you can't function and I'm not the only customer who feels this way, for two they never have donuts made and what they do have they give you something different than what was paid for, for three its always a bunch of unprofessional kids working that don't care.
