Walked in and there was no wait. I was not greeted for the first 3-4 minutes. As I was ready to walk out the guy came around and took my order. I waited 14 minutes to get my food. The same guy touched my french fries with his hand. I asked the manager to get me new fries. She asked if he touched them. At least he was honest. But it should never take that long. Not a happy customer.
Y’all would probably get more business if your mobile orders worked. Sucks if you forget your card and can’t order online!! The food was great, service was great. Irritated about the mobile app.
This is the best Hardee’s I’ve ever eaten at the manger and the workers are so nice! They made me feel very welcome and your food was nice and fresh. By the way the restaurant inside and outside was pretty clean!!! You guys rock!! I will visit again next time I’m here. Have a blessed day hardee’s
