I had an amazing experience at the Huddle House in Albertville last night. The cook (Sarina) did an absolutely outstanding job. Not only was the food cooked fast and exactly right, but she went above and beyond her role. She was cooking, plating the food, bringing it to tables, refilling drinks, and checking on customers, just to help the server, (who is an older lady) Watching her handle everything with such care, speed, and accuracy was truly impressive. Because of her hard work and dedication, I will most definitely be coming back. Employees like her make a huge difference, and she deserves recognition!
